What could be more fun???!!!

Than ripping out a leaking toilet and fixing some plumbing on a Sunday afternoon??? Anyway that is what I did. The floor had to opened up anyway so I could connect the new upstairs bath to the main drain. Once I opened it up I found a few odd things like a piece of NM cable supporting the sanitary tee below the closet flange.

This is just one step closer for me to finish this place and get myself on the road. I have been feeling a little overwhelmed with it but this weekend I was able to get a lot done and am feeling more confident that I can finish on the schedule I set for myself.
