Running free in middle America.

House.
I did not finish everything on the house, but I have to face it, old farm houses can be worked on for a lifetime and it was my time to leave. I drove to my dad’s in northern NY and built a crate for an antique mirror that came from my grandmothers house. My dad convinced me to stay at his house take a shower and a couple hours of sleep before I headed west. It was the right thing to do. I left this morning at about 1:30 AM and stopped at about 6:30 local time in Grinnell, Iowa, 1256 miles after I left this morning. I would have made it to Nebraska but some moron in a Jeep was pulling a huge trailer and flipped it over on route 80 outside of Chicago, there goes two hours. One of the guys I worked with in Mass gave me a CB radio for the trip. It is a lot of fun listening to the truckers it also keeps you aware of smoky.
Cinnamon
Cinnamon is digging the ride.
Western New York
America is huge and really beautiful if you let yourself look.
Ohio
I am not stopping to smell any roses on this trip I have been away from Izzy and Zanne long enough but that doesn’t mean I can’t get some shots from the car.
Ohio maybe Indiana

Illinios

This has been most of my view today industrial farms and the backs of semi’s in front of me and the front’s of them behind me. Tomorrow I will cover over 850 miles in just two states Nebraska and Wyoming. The scenery is going to change drastically. I hope to make it to somewhere in Idaho or Oregon tomorrow. According to my Atlas I have about 1800 miles left to go if that is true I am arriving in Seattle sometime Wednesday afternoon.
